Shipping method:
Moss Mills uses Fedex for delivery: and offers standard Ground service, 2 day and Next Day Air service for all domestic orders.
International orders will be shipped via USPS Airmail.
Rates for shipping and handling:
Ground - $9.00, plus $1 per item
2 Day - $25.00, plus $1 per item
Next Day- $40.00, plus $1 per item
There will be additional charges for oversize or overweight items.
Order processing:
Once you have selected your purchase online and submitted your payment information, an email will be sent to the Moss Mills office. Merchandise that is in stock will ship within 2-7 business days and an Order Confirmation email will be sent to the purchaser. Orders not in stock will be made specifically for your order and will be considered a Special Order.
Moss Mills does not offer weekend delivery. Ground shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico (only USPS). Moss Mills is unable to ship to military APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes.
Taxes/duties/refused shipments (for international shipments):
Once Moss Mills has delivered the merchandise to the carrier, you will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise. You are responsible for any additional taxes and duties. Moss Mills is not responsible for any fees charged by customs.
If you decide to refuse any shipments from Moss Mills, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
You will receive an email confirmation which will notify you of the tracking number, shipping charges and total of the purchase.
Returns
Merchandise may be sent back for exchange or credit within 2 weeks of purchase. Special Orders may not be returned or exchanged.
Special offers and gifts may not be returned or exchanged for store credit.
All Sale merchandise are considered Final Sale items and can not be returned.
1. Before sending out your exchange package, please contact us by using the reply option with your order confirmation email with a request for a RMA# and reason for return.
2. Please write very visibly your RMA# on the outside of the package.
3. Include a copy of the invoice slip with your package.
4. Pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original package if possible.
